The Becoming an Awesome Athlete program is built for middle school and high school athletes who want to move better, get stronger, stay healthier, and dominate their sport — in-season or off.
No gimmicks. No wasted reps. Just real, intentional training backed by decades of coaching experience and results at the highest level.

Mission
Our mission is to build complete, confident, and resilient athletes — not just kids who can run fast or lift heavy, but young humans who understand how to train, recover, compete, and lead. We don’t chase highlight reels. We develop the kind of athletes who last.
We believe every athlete deserves access to coaching that grows their body, mind, and belief in themselves. Our vision is to create the strongest generation of athletes ever — physically prepared, mentally tough, injury-resistant, and capable of competing at the next level, whether that’s high school varsity, college, or life.

The Becoming an Awesome Athlete program runs year-round and is built around smart, progressive training — not random workouts.
Athletes train 2–4 days per week in small groups, allowing for individualized coaching inside an environment of healthy competition.
Each session includes speed mechanics, strength training, power development, mobility, and recovery work.
Every athlete is tracked, coached, and challenged based on their level, not the group’s average.
