1-on-1 training at The Weight Room is for people who want more than a workout — they want a coach who is fully invested in their success. Every session is built around your goals, your body, and your life, with hands-on coaching, technical refinement, and a clear strategy you can trust. You won’t just be told what to do — you’ll learn why we’re doing it, so you gain strength, confidence, and real ownership of your performance. This is personalized training at the highest level: no guesswork, no wasted reps, and no generic programs. Just elite coaching, measurable progress, and a plan built to make you better in — and beyond — the gym.

Session Details

1-on-1 sessions are available in single 60-minute appointments or in discounted 10-session blocks. Sessions never expire, and you schedule them directly with your coach — on your terms, at your pace, and around your life. Train once a week, twice a week, or in focused bursts leading up to a big goal. All scheduling is first-come, first-served and based on coach availability, so you always get dedicated time without the chaos of crowded classes or waitlists.
